Who we are
Stacey Hutt (PCC) COACH
Hi, I’m Stacey and I believe in the powerful effect of collaboration. Like ripples in a pond, collaboration is a domino – in community, workplaces, and within us.
I offer a space to slow down – to reflect, plan, act, and transform.
More about me:
-
I’m Hakomi trained (currently completing level / year three) and a Professional Certified Coach PCC with the International Coaching Federation.
-
I mostly work with leaders in the community non-for-profit and government sectors, offering support in leadership and strategic community planning and engagement.
-
I offer hands on experience across a range of community contexts in New Zealand and Western Australia, including rural, regional and urban.
-
I have a degree in Business Psychology and a post graduate qualifications in Applied Coaching, Community Development and Adult Education.
How I work
- Authenticity – We live and work as our true selves and we don’t compromise our actions when things are tough.
- Courage – We step out of our comfort zone and live courageously everyday to achieve our mission.
- Curiosity – We seek to ask the right questions, to engage meaningfully and truly listen in order to understand.
- Togetherness – In everything we do, we celebrate the role of teamwork and the collective workload, with respect for each and every contribution and perspective.
