Who we are
Stacey Hutt, Director
Hi, I’m Stacey and I believe in the powerful effect of collaboration.
It’s not something we can fake – it can only be felt – and when it’s good, it’s great!
Like ripples in a pond, collaboration is a domino – in community, workplaces, and within us.
We offer a space to collaborate – to reflect, plan, act, and transform.
More about me:

Mission
Our mission is to CO-LAB in ways that are meaningful, effective and develop better understandings of what good collaboration is, and is not.
Our values
- Authenticity – We live and work as our true selves and we don’t compromise our actions when things are tough.
- Courage – We step out of our comfort zone and live courageously everyday to achieve our mission.
- Curiosity – We seek to ask the right questions, to engage meaningfully and truly listen in order to understand.
- Togetherness – In everything we do, we celebrate the role of teamwork and the collective workload, with respect for each and every contribution and perspective.
